3 Things I Actually Delegate in My Business (and What I Never Will)

Let’s get one thing straight: if you’re working with me, you’re working with me.

No layers to peel through. No wondering if I’m even reading your messages. No ghost-team handling what matters most. But—I do delegate a few very specific things so that I can stay fully present in our work together.

Read on to learn more about what I actually delegate in my business, and what I never will.

The Only Things I Delegate (Always!)

1. Invoices & Admin

Once you’ve signed your agreement, that part of our relationship is complete.I’m here to support, activate, and stretch you—not chase paperwork or payment statuses. That’s the team’s job.

2. Scheduling & Time Off Notices

All holidays and availability are planned well in advance and shared with plenty of notice. You’ll never be left wondering where I am or if your call is happening.

3. Tech Troubleshooting

Tech hiccups? They happen. But that’s not my zone of genius. My brilliant team handles all the behind-the-scenes glitches quickly and smoothly—so we can keep our momentum.

What I Never Delegate

This is where I stay hands-on, always:

  • I manage my own DMs and social inboxes

  • I read and respond to all notifications

  • I personally manage my email (you’ll also get the team’s support email if needed)

  • I plan every single session and all content we’ll explore

  • I show up to every call with you

  • Guest sessions? They’re a bonus—not a substitute for me

TL;DR? It’s Me. Always Has Been.

You’re not just investing in a program or a process—you’re investing in me. And I take that seriously.I’m in the work with you, every step, every call, every reply. So if you ever wonder, “Am I really getting 1:1 attention here?”The answer is hell yes—and I pride myself on that.

Love the clarity in how you balance delegation with personal involvement it shows exactly where your priorities lie. Just like in business operations, knowing what to keep hands-on and what to delegate is key to growth. For entrepreneurs mapping out their own strategy, starting with a solid business plan template in Ireland can provide the same kind of structure freeing up focus for the areas that truly need your personal touch.
