This is my go-to practice to reset, refocus, and step into the next level.
1. Write the Date
This helps track your progress and reflect on past intentions.
2. Free Write for One Page
Brain-dump everything on your mind. Clear space for new energy.
3. Define: What Am I No Longer Available For?
Be honest. Example:
Second-guessing decisions to please others.
Worrying about money when success is inevitable.
Skipping lessons and just wanting results.
4. Declare: What Am I Claiming From Tomorrow?
Example: “I am a magnet for more without shame or guilt.”
5. Set Intentions for the Next Day
Write how you want your next day to unfold. Example: “The next level is loading. I am preparing for where I’m going.”
