I think it's safe to say that we are all a little tired of the constant bombardment of people selling "the one thing you need to succeed" in business. I know a lot of them are probably pretty nifty tools and strategies, but often, they are just regurgitated tactics that are super simple and basic. There is no one magic formula for success, because success means something different for every person, every business model, and their goals.
I'm here to tell you that you can succeed in your business, even if you only have 100 followers. You can also succeed by having a ton of fun and being yourself, because guess what? Your clients what to see that!
You don't have to work a specific amount of hours, post at a particular time of day, or even hustle so hard that you give up your joy and things that matter most to you in order to attain success.
Bottom line: There are no rules in this game called entrepreneurship.

#1. Talk to your audience.
Whether you have 10, 100, or 1,000 audience members, talk to all of them! Showing up is crucial for building trust between you and your people. You can do this in various ways, from story-telling, sharing insights, teaching, serving, and even showing up personally.
You have to start being the main character on your account, so your audience knows who you are and all that you can offer them.
#2. Create something valuable.
I know you've likely created so many resources while building out your business. So it's time to pull out all of the hidden gold in your content and offer something free to your people.
You can even just show up and serve, add extra value and become the solution they need the most. Some of my favourite ways to offer a ton of value are creating a video series, a masterclass, or a juicy booklet.
I know you've got a ton of content that you can give your audience to give them an excellent introduction to how you can help them.
#3. Take consistent action.
I think it's easy to underestimate the basics. When you see so many people out there doing so many different things and doing them well, it turns a molehill into a mountain in our minds.
I can guarantee you that I didn't start out taking every action I take today, and likely, no one else did either. Start small. Make a plan for your non-negotiables that you must show up for in your business.
This action can be posting on social media every day, emailing your subscribers weekly, or even just committing to learning how to do something for your business. Write out the list of what you know works best for you, that your audience responds best to, and add it to your schedule and commit yourself to stick to it.
