Evolving in business can be difficult and uncomfortable. However, when you’ve had the inner feelings brewing for months calling you to evolve, grow, and step into your highest self, you know you can’t ignore them anymore. This is exactly what I've been experiencing over the past year. My business is expanding. I am evolving. Read on for a peek behind the scenes of the business evolution happening in my life!
Why Evolving in Business is Challenging
It’s so easy to stay in your comfort zone when things are working. However, you have to ask yourself if you are still in alignment with your values, goals, and the lifestyle you want to live. For me, I had reached a point where I just knew that I had evolved personally and was ready to evolve in my business as well.
As always, I am committed to leading and taking the steps that some are fearful of taking. I will walk the path less trodden and go forth boldly.
What Has Been Evolving in My Business
As I've stepped into my highest self, several business evolutions have fallen into place. Here's a peek at them:
All of my free masterclass trainings will become paid trainings starting on October 1st, 2022.
Our CPD accreditations are up-levelling with a 2nd programme being released on October 1st, 2022 and our current Client Centred Approach offer available until October 1st, 2022.
1:1 mentorship is increasing in time and investment starting on October 1st, 2022 and will be available to only 4 people per year.
A new mastermind is launching to combine everything I have done with masterminds and group programmes with clients over the last 3 years. This will be a hybrid of 1:1 and masterminding, online and in person, and 2 differentiated tiers based on your business and goals. This is a whole new level of expansion.
The Shift closed membership will open again on December 1st, 2022 for a small group of women only and at a higher investment than last year.
The podcast and free Instagram trainings are getting a facelift.

Our team has been restructured.
