5 Ways to Sell Out Your Launch

Let’s be real: every launch has a “lull.” You know the one…

👉 You’ve sold some spots.

👉 Things were moving.

👉 And then—BAM. Crickets.

Suddenly you’re staring at your calendar thinking, “Do I pull the plug? Change the offer? Drop the price? Maybe just stop talking about it because no one’s buying?”

Nope. Not on my watch.

I’ve got two clients who hit this exact wall—one had filled 80% of her spaces, the other had 4 sold out of 10, and both were ready to throw in the towel when things slowed down. But here’s what we did (and what YOU need to do too):

1. Laser-Focused Messaging

When sales slow, vague won’t cut it. You need to tighten up your language and speak directly to your people with clarity, confidence, and consistency. Your audience should know exactly who your offer is for, why it matters, and why now.

2. Remember: The Deadline Hasn’t Passed

You can’t call it quits before the finish line. Your launch isn’t over until the deadline hits. Period. Launching is about building resilience, authority, and belief in your business. If you stop early, you rob yourself of the result and the growth that comes from following through.

3. Purposeful Outreach (Not Cringe DMs)

This isn’t about spamming strangers—it’s about connecting with the humans in your audience who actually need what you’re offering. When you know exactly who you’re speaking to, your outreach becomes intentional, supportive, and effective.

4. Follow-Up Like a Pro

If someone raised their hand once, don’t ghost them. Following up is service, not sleaze. It shows you care, it builds trust, and it often makes the difference between a “maybe later” and a “yes.”

5. Don’t You Dare Quit

Because here’s the truth: if you quit now, you’ll train yourself to quit early next time too. And that’s the opposite of what a CEO does. A leader follows through, even when it’s uncomfortable. Especially when it’s uncomfortable. But the results?

  • One client sold out her mastermind by the deadline.

  • The other signed one new client the very next day and had another in her inbox by morning.

This isn’t magic. It’s sales execution.

If you’re serious about building authority, credibility, and momentum in your business (and actually hitting those revenue goals without burning out), then you need a strategy that works every single time you launch.

That’s exactly what I help you build inside The 20K Accelerator. It’s where we turn your launches into predictable, profitable sales machines—and where you stop ghosting your goals when things get tough. Ready to strengthen your sales execution muscle? Join me here: The 20K Accelerator
