I Don’t Work 24/7—And I’m Still Growing

I don’t hide the fact that I have a 2.5-year-old who’s home with me the latter part of the week. I tell every client I take the final week of each month off. I go on holiday 8(ish) times a year. Yes, really. I don’t work around the clock. In fact, with 2.5 days a week and the final week of every month off, it’s quite the opposite. I unplug. I take real holidays. I go offline and don’t feel guilty about it. And until January 2025, I hadn’t raised my prices in two years.
I’ve built a business rooted in quality over quantity—designed around depth, intimacy, and real life. That’s what matters to me, and that’s the version of success I stand behind. Read on to learn about how my business is growing, even though I'm not working 24/7.
The Model I Support My Clients In Creating
You won’t find me preaching hustle or constant growth at all costs. Instead, I guide my clients toward building businesses that honor how they want to live. With space. With balance. With freedom.
Here’s what that can look like:
Fluidity in their schedule
Balance with their business
Alignment with their clients
Mutual respect and understanding
Time to unplug—completely
Purposeful progress (not just busywork)
Tracking what actually matters
Being present for their life and their success
This version of success isn’t just possible. It’s the standard I live by—and support you to create.
Fear Over Prices
One of the biggest fears I hear?
“What if no one pays my prices when I raise them?”
And here’s my response: They will. But that’s not the point. Let’s shift the focus back to you and your authority. To the way you’ve evolved and expanded, and the trust you’ve built in your business and your body of work. To the reality that 1–3% of your audience is already ready to pay premium—if you’re ready to offer it.
Because raising your prices? It’s not just about the number. It’s about your expansion, growth, and your stretch into what’s next. It's about your realization of what’s possible and taking your identity to the next-level.
Your Pricing = Your Evolution
Your new price point isn’t just a reflection of income goals—it’s a signal. It shows that you’re evolving as a business, a brand, and a business owner. It reflects opportunity. growth, and confidence. It’s not rooted in fear, scarcity, or low-caliber energy. So be mindful of what definitions of “success” you’re consuming, and therefore chasing.
If your version of success looks like more income, aligned clients, more freedom in your week, time for your kids, space for actual rest, and yes—even time to feed the ducks and not be glued to your phone—then you’re in the right place.
That’s the life I’m living. So if you're ready to go there in your business too, then its time to join The SCALE Mastermind.
