Ever feel like mornings are the most stressful part of the day? This is usually due to not beginning the day with a clear head. Instead, our days begin with a blaring alarm clock, feeling tired and hazy, and rushing around to try and get ready for the day.

After the rush, we start to work, and before we know it hours have gone and we are left wandering if we even got anything on our to-do list checked off. It’s safe to say that most of us could do with a morning makeover.

Something to make our mornings less stressful, more enjoyable, and more focused. The morning sets the tone for the rest of the day, which is why it’s so important to start the day with a clear mind.

Why? Because waking up with clarity leads to more positivity, productivity, and peace of mind.

If you feel like mornings are the most stressful part of the day, here are 3 invaluable tasks to do in order to start every day with focus.

Have a tracking system in your office / desk.

  • What did I achieve yesterday?

  • How many conversions came in?

  • What is ongoing for today?

  • Did I move closer to my monthly goal/targets?

Create a daily focus.

  • What is your word of the day?

  • How do you want to feel today?

  • Where are you putting your energy today?

Time management is KEY.

  • When am I having my breaks?

  • What do I need to prepare?

  • Are there any last minute adjustments needed to be made?

  • What are my task priorities today?

I do these 3 things before anything else everyday. It keeps me focussed, acting on purpose & creating with intention. As well as serving from the highest place I can.
